The figure is an interactive activity has two groups of network devices.  Each group contains laptops, PC's servers and a printer is labeled east office and west office.  There are buttons below. When you click on Location, all the devices in group one are highlighted orange and in group two are highlighted green.  Then there are buttons next to department labeled Sales, HR and Legal.   When you click on each button, the devices for that department from each group are highlighted orange.  There are also three buttons next to device labeled Printer, Server and Computer.  When you click on each of these buttons, the devices from each office are highlighted orange.  This activity demonstrates that you can organize devices by function, location, or type.
