Figure 1 shows two pictures of R.J. 45 plugs and two pictures of R.J. 45 sockets. Figure 2 shows two pictures of R.J. 45 plugs.  One where the outer jacket of the cable is not in the connector and the individual wires are sloppy.  The other is neat and properly attached.
