After PC1 and PC5 used DHCP to obtain their IPv4 addresses, the main issue to be corrected in this lab involved OSPF routing on R1 and R2. Both R1 and R2 were using NAT Overload (PAT) and translating PC1's source address to their own Loopback0 interface. However both routers were advertising this Loopback interface into the wrong OSPF area so no routers could respond to packets sourced from PC1.
